This logo was designed for ASA, which provides voyages into the Alaskan frontier. Inspiration was taken from the close up views of whales and aquatic life that the ship enables.

GTD, in with association with Jeffrey H. Reynolds, Ph.D., created a logo based upon the rare biological occurrence of two humpback whale flukes appearing in synchronization.

The logo is intended to capture this very specific event, as the symbol of the exhilarating sights the ship enables for those onboard.
